Guides on our platform are independent contractors. They are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid permits and certifications where required
• Ensuring participant safety during tours
• Respecting wildlife and environmental regulations

6. User Conduct

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or guides

• Circumvent the booking system to avoid platform fees

7. Limitation of Liability

Bird and Wild acts as an intermediary between users and guides. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during tours. Users participate in all activities at their own risk.
