About this tour
Experience the unparalleled biodiversity of Corcovado National Park with a private guided day tour to the Sirena Ranger Station. Often described as the "Amazon of Costa Rica," Sirena represents the heart of the country's wildest rainforest, offering an elite destination for birdwatching, wildlife photography, and nature enthusiasts seeking a high concentration of mammals, birds, and reptiles. This overnight expedition is designed to immerse you in a primary rainforest ecosystem where rare sightings are a daily possibility. For birdwatchers and photographers, the station serves as a critical habitat for a diverse range of species. 5:15 AM – Meeting at the Public Dock of Puerto Jiménez. Please arrive on time at 5:15 AM to meet your guide, complete the check-in process, and board the boat.5:30 AM – Boat Departure to Corcovado We set sail toward Corcovado National Park. The scenic boat ride takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on ocean conditions, offering great chances to spot marine life like dolphins or whales along the way Upon arrival, we will disembark and start our guided hike through the rich trails surrounding the Sirena Ranger Station. You will have plenty of time to explore the wildlife-dense primary and secondary rainforests for 2 days before wrapping up our park activities by 1:00 PM. to return to Puerto Jimenez by boat
